Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of {BRAND}. By creating an account you agree to them. Last updated {kPolicyEffectiveFrom}.

1. Who we are

{BRAND} is operated by WotPan, 95 Longi Kalan, Thakurdwara, Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. "We" and "us" mean that company; "you" means the account holder.

2. The service

{BRAND} is web-based business software. It records rent, salaries, school fees and D2C orders, raises each month's dues automatically, and produces invoices and shipping labels. It is a record-keeping and workflow tool. It is not an accounting, tax-filing, statutory payroll or legal-compliance service, and it does not file anything on your behalf.

3. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and entitled to act for the business you register.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anyone you invite into your workspace.
• Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.

4. Your data

The records you enter remain yours. We hold and process them to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may export or delete them at any time from inside the product.

Where you record other people — tenants, employees, students, customers — you are responsible for having a lawful basis to do so and for what you enter about them.

5. Fees and payment

• Prices are listed on the Pricing page in Indian rupees (INR, ₹), per module, per month.
• Longer terms are charged once, up front, for the whole term.
• Payments are collected in INR through PayU Payments Private Limited. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Taxes are charged as applicable.
• A failed or unpaid payment does not lock you out of records you have already entered.
• Fees are non-refundable once purchased. See Refunds & Cancellations.

6. Cancelling and refunds

You may cancel at any time from Billing & Plan. Cancelling stops the next charge and does not lock you out of your records.

Subscription fees are non-refundable once purchased, including any unused part of a term. Payments taken in error — duplicate charges, debits for transactions that failed, and unauthorised charges — are returned in full. See Refunds & Cancellations.

7. Acceptable use

• Do not use {BRAND} for anything unlawful, or to store data you have no right to hold.
• Do not attempt to reach another workspace's data, probe or disrupt the service, or resell it as your own.
• Do not use the public order links to send unsolicited messages.

We may suspend an account that is doing any of these, and we will tell you why.

8. Availability

We work to keep {BRAND} available and we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages and faults happen. We will give notice of planned downtime where we reasonably can.

9. Liability

{BRAND} is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or lost business.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes

We may change these terms. Material changes will be notified in the product, and continuing to use {BRAND} after that means the new terms apply.

11. Ending the agreement

You may close your account at any time, which deletes your workspace and its records. We may end the agreement on notice, or immediately for a serious breach of section 7.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
