Rent management software that replaces the rent register
Most owners keep rent in a notebook or a spreadsheet, and both have the same problem: they tell you what the rent is, not who still owes it. Rent Tracker keeps one row per unit — building, unit, tenant, mobile, rent, start date — and works out the rest.

What Rent Tracker does
One row per unit, like your register
Building, unit and type, tenant name and mobile, rent, deposit and move-in date. The same columns you already keep by hand, in the same order, so nothing has to be relearned.
This month's rent raises itself
Invoices are generated on the 1st for every active tenancy. You do not start the month by creating anything.
Paid, unpaid and overdue at a glance
Overdue is worked out when you look, not written down and left to go stale, so a unit that fell late overnight is late on your screen this morning.
Record rent in one tap
Part payments included. The balance updates, and so does the dashboard, without a second screen.
Deposits and rent changes kept straight
Advance deposit is held against the tenancy, and repricing a unit does not rewrite what was already billed.
Who it is for
Owners of a few flats or a few buildings, people renting out shops and godowns, and anyone whose rent record is currently a notebook, a WhatsApp thread and a good memory.
Questions
- Can I track rent for more than one building?
- Yes. Buildings, units and tenants all live in one register, and you can search across them by building, unit, tenant name or mobile number.
- Does it handle part payments?
- Yes. Record whatever was actually received and the balance carries; the unit stays marked partial until it is settled.
- What happens when a tenant leaves?
- Remove the tenancy and the unit goes back to vacant, ready to let again. Removing it deletes that tenancy's billing history too, and the app tells you so before it does.
- Which currency does it use?
- Whichever your workspace is set to — rupees, dirhams, dollars and twenty-odd others. Every amount in the product follows it.
