Order management for sellers who sell in the DMs
If your orders arrive as DMs and screenshots, the hard part is not selling — it is remembering which six parcels still need to go out. Make a link for a product, put it in your bio, and every order lands in one list.

What D2C Orders Hub does
A shareable order link per product
Product name, price, photo and description. The buyer fills in name, mobile, full address and quantity, and it lands in your dashboard instantly.
Every channel in one register
Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, TikTok, YouTube or your own store link — tagged per order, so you can see which channel is actually producing.
New, packed, shipped, delivered
Move an order to any stage directly. Nobody packs six parcels one status change at a time.
One-tap shipping labels and invoices
A thermal label for the courier box or an A4 invoice, with the delivery address, contents and the amount to collect.
Built for cash on delivery
Takings count what has actually arrived, and what is still in transit is shown beside it rather than folded into the total.
Who it is for
Instagram and Facebook sellers, WhatsApp businesses, boutique and home-run brands, and D2C storefronts shipping cash on delivery.
Questions
- Do buyers need an account to order?
- No. They open the link, fill in four fields and they are done. There is no sign-up and no app to install.
- Can I print labels for a thermal printer?
- Yes — an 80mm thermal label or a standard A4 invoice, both from the order row.
- How do I know which channel my orders come from?
- Each order carries its source, and the register filters by it, so you can see what Instagram brought in against WhatsApp.
- Does it take payment?
- Not today. It is built for cash on delivery: it records what is owed and what was collected. Online payment is not part of it yet.
